Swag curtains add decoration and function to your windowsThe term swag refers to the manner in which curtains or drapery is pulled to the sides of the window midway in their length. A hook and a draw back tie are secured to the window frame and then the tie is looped around the swag curtains. When reattached to the side of the window the ties pull the curtain open half way down leaving the top joined and the bottoms hanging freely.
