Shower curtain rods can be covered in colors to match the curtain

The majority of shower curtains rely on a ring and rod system to hang them. Shower curtain rods usually hang across the shower area and may be several different lengths depending on the type of enclosure. They are a permanent fixture in most bathrooms and will determine the size and shape of curtains you will need to buy. The size of the fabric is often described by the length of it and the number of ring holes it has on top. The wider the curtain the more ring holes it will have. These holes will hold the rings or hooks that will attach the cloth to the shower curtain rods.

Covering the shower rod can add a bit of extra color to your room and also hide an item that may have lost it’s luster over time. This saves replacing the whole rob when it may not look good but still functions well. It is like a paint job for a new look.
